Adolescent Awareness Seminar was held for the fourth time on the 1st of June 2025. 41 Adolescents’ or Kishor and Kishories participated. It was the best organized awareness seminar of the season in Kasiadih. The youth like Arman Soren who finished his teacher’s training at TTC and Santosh Soren who has finished his secretarial training at VTI from Birakhap did the initial survey of Birakhap and Birgodda and ensured that every Adolescent between the ages of 12years to 1 year participates this time in this Seminar. As a follow-up of the last three seminars the two youth organized a two hour session on the 29th May 2025 where those who had attended the last seminars and others were invited for an open book exam of what they got as key messages. (Notebooks that the adolescents were provided which they used to make notes for themselves) Three questions were given to them: How many awareness seminars you have attended? What knowledge did you gain? What learning’s are you practicing?

When leaders become Medicine

"I worked as a labor carrying cement bags I could have continued doing that but now as an Educated man I can't do that. I won't be a good sign for my community who will say " look he has finished his post graduate studies and now works as a laborer ! so even though I get less money doing what I do, I prefer this way to live."

LEARING ENGLISH AND COMPUTER IS ONE OF THE INTEREST YOUTH SHOW IN OUR VILLAGE

Young persons from villages come forward asking for support to do a one year program of English and computer at the Montfort technical center in Hazaribagh. these four youngsters have completed and pursuing other career in their life successfully.

There are some of the 21 youths who manage 19 Education center in 20 villages where more than 500 children to become class literate.

Raju Hansda is a first generation learner in his family. He now is a trained teacher, his training is supported by C.A.S.S at the teacher's training in Hazaribagh. Raju is passionate as a teacher and he continuously find creative ways to help children who are weak in studies, as well as to give leadership in other areas of need in the village.
